The MDUSD Intradistrict Transfer Application is now CLOSED. Please note that students attending Sequoia Middle School is NOT an automatic transfer to College Park High School. ALL students will attend their neighborhood assigned high school unless you submit an application for a transfer request and get an approval. You can check to see what your neighborhood schools of residence are HERE. Families that reside in the Unassigned High School area of attendance can follow THIS LINK for information about high schools. Please also be advised that students interested in attending Clayton Valley Charter High School must follow their lottery procedure. Clayton Valley Charter High School is NOT part of the Mt Diablo Unified School District. Any and all questions regarding their lottery and admission process must be directed to their school office and NOT the Sequoia Middle School office.
